Terms of Service

These terms apply to Memo Editor — the design editor, the email builder, the template libraries and everything reachable from your account. Creating an account means you agree to them. If you do not, do not create one.

You need a working email address, and you must verify it before you can sign in. You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself and for anything done through your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access; you can end every open session yourself from Settings.

One person, one account. Do not share credentials, and do not create accounts on someone else's behalf without their say-so.

Everything you make here — designs, emails, uploaded images — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it. We store and process it only to run the service for you: saving your work, rendering previews, generating exports, and serving a shared link when you choose to publish one.

Publishing a design makes it readable by anyone holding the link. Revoking the link stops that, though copies already taken by other people are beyond our reach.

You agree not to use Memo Editor to:

• upload or publish content you have no right to use, including other people's work
• send unsolicited bulk email, or anything deceptive, to people who did not ask for it
• publish material that is unlawful, harassing, or sexual content involving minors
• break, probe or overload the service, or work around its limits
• resell or redistribute the service as your own

Sharing a design by email is for showing your work to a handful of people. It is rate limited and capped per message; it is not a mailing tool.

Using a template makes a copy that belongs to you. Publishing one to the shared library means other people may copy and adapt it — so only publish work you are entitled to share on those terms. You can have a template you published removed.

The AI features run on API keys you connect yourself. When you use them, your prompt and the relevant design content are sent to that provider under their terms and their privacy policy, and you are billed by them directly. We store your key encrypted and never return it in a response. We are not responsible for what a provider does with a request, for its output, or for its charges.

We aim to keep the service up, but it is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uptime, of fitness for a particular purpose, or that it will be free of faults. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose — Settings has a full export.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your designs, uploads, published templates and stored files, and it cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will say why unless doing so would itself cause harm.

To confirm: A liability cap and the governing jurisdiction belong here, and both depend on where your business is registered and what your insurance says. Have counsel write this clause — copying one from another product is exactly how it stops being enforceable.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
